Lemgo/Hamburg/Ammersbeck, 09.01.19 Lampe Privatinvest has sold Oertzen GmbH, a leading solution provider of high-pressure waterjet systems for industrial customers, to the Possehl subsidiary Hako. With annual sales of more than 430 million euros and around 2,000 employees worldwide, Hako GmbH from Bad Oldesloe is one of the world's leading groups in cleaning and municipal technology and the parent company of the corresponding Possehl Group business unit. This globally active group based in Lübeck is a diversified group with currently nine economically independent, decentralized business units. With more than 180 subsidiaries in more than 30 countries, the Possehl Group generated sales of EUR 3.8 billion in 2017.
Von Oertzen GmbH offers a broad product portfolio tailored to the individual requirements of the customer, which includes high-pressure cleaners, devices for high-pressure extinguishing technology as well as special solutions for cleaning machines, assembly lines and containers in potentially explosive atmospheres. Most recently, the company from Ammersbek (Schleswig-Holstein), which was founded more than 60 years ago, generated annual sales of around 11 million euros with 65 employees. The company will continue to be independent within the Hako Group as a specialist supplier.

HGK Global GmbH as investor and co-partner of the company has therefore sold all its shares in the company.
