HGK Global GmbH and 13 other investors provide the equity for the takeover and become new shareholders of the company!
Hamburg/Lemgo/Hanover, November 2022 As part of a structured sales process, QVM is taking over GLOBOS Logistik- und Informationssysteme GmbH ("Globos") from founder Olaf Sauer, who founded the company 25 years ago and remains involved. Managing Director Joachim Schaefer will also be involved.
Globos is a system house with a focus on manufacturer-independent consulting, sales and integration of innovative barcode systems based in Hanover/Lower Saxony. The company was founded in 1997 and is one of the leading full-service providers of barcode systems in the DACH region. In addition to handheld scanners, which are mainly used in logistics, the product portfolio includes peripheral devices such as mobile terminals or label printers. The company currently employs 91 people.
Together with QVM, Globos will drive forward the expansion of the product portfolio, further expand the key account business and expand into neighboring countries.
