Lemgo/Gütersloh, 31.01.2018 HGK Global sells its share of the Oldtimer Park Lippe to a private investor from Gütersloh on 01.02.2018.
About 5 years ago, HGK Global acquired a plot of about 3,000 sqm in the industrial area „Sülterheide“ from the city of Lage and built 2 Halls with 1.200 sqm base area. Visually they formed a unity with the already existing Oldtimer Park. Together, they operated the facility to give vintage car lovers a nice home for their automotive jewelry. Added to this was the renting of commercial space to companies from the automotive surround. The facility quickly became a mecca for automotive enthusiasts and became known far beyond the borders of Lippe.
After 5 years, from a strategic point of view, now has the right time to disinvest our commitment. After a short search, the right buyer was found who will continue to operate the Oldtimer Park Lippe in the same way, as before. Thus, the future positive development of the Oldtimer Park Lippe is secured.
