Lemgo / Hamburg / Munich: As of now Lampe Privatinvest is the Majority shareholder in OERTZEN GmbH, a specialist of high pressure cleaner and cleaning systems, based in Ammersbek near Hamburg. The traditional company was founded 65 years ago, engages nearly 80 employees and generates sales of around 10 million euros p.a..
Lampe Privatinvest has acquired the shares of the independent investment company ARCUS Capital AG from Munich. CEO Patrick Graef will still stay as the Managing Partner. He has been with OERTZEN for 30 years and will keep the loyalty to the company - continuity is ensured.

In 2007 ARCUS has acquired OERTZEN GmbH by the founding family and developed further together with the management. The main focus was preparation for international expansion as well as the optimization of operational business processes. After a holding period of 7 years the company was sold because of new investment potential of ARCUS. Both parties decided to maintain silence about the purchasing price. “I’m sure, the success history will go on with Lampe Privatinvest”, ARCUS-managing board Stefan Eishold said.

The OERTZEN GmbH is a specialist provider of cleaning equipment and -systems for customers in industry and commerce, with headquarters in Ammersbek near Hamburg. The core competence of the company is the production of high-pressure cleaner with a pressure range of 150 to 1.000 bar and high-pressure fire extinguishers. The company also offers numerous special solutions and 24-hours customer service. Further cleaning equipment, including sweeping and scrubbing machines and industrial vacuum cleaners are sold as trading goods. OERTZEN was founded in 1949 and employs nearly 80 people. The managing director is Patrick Graef.
